Membership Rules
Responsibilities Include:

Reading, accepting, and following the DIY Policies: Customer Safety, Dog Bathing, and Clean Up Rules.

Membership hours are 6am-10pm. The last bath to unlock the door is at 9:15 pm. Exit before 10:30pm.

A pet profile for pets you bathe must be recorded in your Kick’n Grass DIY online profile. Failure to do so may result in revoked privileges.

One dog per two people may occupy the DIY, with a maximum of 6 people and 3 dogs at any given time for bathing.
Safety Do's and Don'ts
Do
-
stand aside and allow customers to exit premises with their dog BEFORE entering with your dog.
-
have your pet restrained at all times using your leash and the provided bathtub / table restraints.

take only one restraint off when another is on.
-
for everyone’s safety, take action to calm your pet if you see him exhibiting signs of stress.
Don't
-
allow your dog to greet another dog without asking permission.
-
tether your dog too tightly around the neck while bathing.
-
allow dogs to chew the tub restraints.
Dog Bathing Rules
Special odor eliminating shampoos, and flea remedy shampoos are available in the vending machines. It is the member's responsibility to invest in in proper remediation for fleas or Eu’ de skunk.
Please alert management about special circumstances such as lingering flea infestations or strong odors so that we can ensure a clean wash space for all club members. Thank you.
Clean Up Rules

Squeegee the tub and remove all dog hair.

Wipe off the sprayers and blowers with sanitized wipes.

Dispose of excess dog hair in the trash receptacle.

Use the broom and dust-pan to clean up excess hair from the floor.

Spray sanitizer on the tub when finished.

Scoop your dog poop with provided poop bags and dispose in OUTSIDE receptacle.

Remember to take all belongings upon exiting. (Kick’N Grass DIY is not responsible for lost personal items.)
Hold Harmless Agreement
I understand that I am using the Self-Serve Dog Wash at Kick’n Grass DiY LLC to wash my own pet(s) and I agree to hold harmless and indemnify Kick’n Grass DiY LLC employees, invitees, and guests from liability, claims of damages, to my pet(s) or myself including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for loss, injury including slips and falls, illness caused by my pet to persons, other pets, or property
I further release Kick’n Grass LLC and its employees from liability, clams and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for any illness, injury caused to my pet, unless resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
